Terms & Conditions for Parking Tucson

Welcome to Parking Tucson. By using our parking facilities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering, parking, or using Parking Tucson's facilities, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our parking services.

2. Use of Facilities

• Parking Tucson provides parking spaces on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified.
• You must comply with all posted signage and instructions from Parking Tucson staff.
• Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.

3. Limitation of Liability

Parking Tucson is not responsible for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to your vehicle or its contents while parked in our facilities.
• Any injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring on our property unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Parking Tucson.

You park your vehicle at your own risk. It is your responsibility to lock your vehicle and take all necessary precautions to secure your belongings.

4. Personal Loss

Parking Tucson will not be held liable for:

• Loss or damage resulting from fire, flood, vandalism, theft, collision, or any other unforeseen event while your vehicle is parked in our lot.
• Personal items left in the vehicle or on the premises.

5. Payment and Refunds

• Parking fees must be paid as posted. Failure to pay may result in penalties, including towing.
• All payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Customer Conduct

You agree not to:

• Engage in illegal or disruptive activities while using Parking Tucson’s facilities.
• Damage or misuse the property. You will be held responsible for any damages caused to Parking Tucson’s property.

7. Force Majeure

Parking Tucson is not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen events, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.

8. Towing Policy

Vehicles parked improperly or without payment are subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Parking Tucson reserves the right to remove any unauthorized vehicle.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information, if collected, will be used solely for operational purposes, such as payment processing. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law.

10. Indemnification

By using our facilities, you agree to indemnify and hold Parking Tucson harmless from all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the parking facilities.

11. Modifications

Parking Tucson reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted, and your continued use of the facilities constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tucson, Arizona.
